PHASE 1: Initial Building & Buying Parts

NOTE: Sorry about low quality pics, I was using my PocketPC Wing for quick shots.

Finally went to Lowe's, and bought some PVC pipes for initial "Deep Bot" framing, and skeleton. I decide to use stronger pipes, the size is 1/1"4.

Also got PVC cutter which supposed to be 1/1"4 size. I must admit, it is very hard to use PVC cutter alone, it simply could brake if you try to cut pipes straight, I had to make incision with sharp stainless steel kitchen knife, about 0.3 inch, and continue to cut it around, and use cutter.




PVC pipe, tends to shatter, so make sure you wear protective glasses. Pieces are sharp almost like glass.
